NCAA Southeast Regional Teams Announced
RALEIGH, N.C. - The NCAA announced the field for the NCAA Gymnastics Regionals on Monday afternoon. NC State will host and compete in the NCAA Southeast Regional in Reynolds Coliseum on April 4 at 6pm.
No. 1 Georgia, the four-time defending NCAA Champions, headlines the six team field. No. 12 Penn St., No. 13 Nebraska, No. 21 West Virginia, No. 29 NC State and No. 30 North Carolina round out the field.
NC State won the 2009 EAGL Championships on March 21, defeating UNC and West Virginia in the process. The Pack is 4-2 head-to-head against the regional field, defeating UNC three times, WVU once and losing to Georgia in Raleigh and at Nebraska earlier this season.
