2012 GRCVB Awards Program

The Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau will honor outstanding individuals in the Wake County hospitality industry with two award programs. 

The Horizon Award recognizes a management-level employee who demonstrates the skills to be a future leader in the industry. The Isaac Hunter Excellence in Service Awards honor front-line staff for outstanding visitor service in accommodations, attractions, dining and service providers categories.

The Horizon Award winner and the Isaac Hunter Excellence in Service Award winners will be announced at the Bureau's 25th Annual Luncheon on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at the Raleigh Convention Center. All winners will be featured in Bureau publications.

 

Nominations Should Include

• A completed nomination form (Can be done online, mailed or by fax)

• Letters of endorsement (optional)  (can be mailed or faxed)

• Biographical sketch/curriculum vitae (Horizon Award only)  (can be mailed or  faxed)

Award Recognition   

Awards will be presented at the Bureau's 25th Annual Luncheon on August 30, 2012.     

 

NOTE:

The Bureau will appoint a panel of judges to determine award recipients.

Judging is based solely on the information submitted.  Please prepare your nominations accordingly.
