November is a busy month at the Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts. From live tours fit for the children to classic performances you’ll enjoy, there’s something for everyone this month.

Kids will adore YoGabbaGabba! Live!: It’s Time to Dance! , which features a state-of-the-art, high-energy performance and production that will have everyone singing and dancing along. Gather up your preschoolers and other young children on Nov. 1st and let the fun begin.

The Cake Boss fans will get a chance to interact with Buddy Valastro on Nov. 4th, as he shares stories from behind his hit TV series, answers audience questions and gives a live demonstration of the techniques that have made him one of the most renowned cake artists in the nation.

On Nov. 11th and 12th, get swept away by the beautiful compositions of Liszt and Rachmaninoff, performed by the North Carolina Symphony. A pre-concert talk will be hosted on Friday, and a Meet the Artists event will take place on Saturday.

From Nov. 24th to 27th, witness the beautiful performance of the Carolina Ballet in Robert Weiss’ ballet set to Igor Stravinsky’s Concerto for Two Solo Pianos. The performance opens with the company’s popular Cinderella set.
