The LGBT Center of Raleigh has announced a coming out celebration on Saturday, October 17, 2009, at Moore Square in downtown Raleigh. The event begins at 5pm and will go on until 9pm. This kick-off will help raise awareness and resources to establish the center in our large and diverse community. Organizers hope to draw 1,000 people of all kinds for a fun and original outdoor party with music, food and prizes. Visitors are welcome.
