Conversations with Hitler World Premiere

August 19 – September 2, 2017 (Recurring daily)

Conversations with Hitler is the world premiere of a play written by incarcerated playwright Steven R Bond, a recent PEN award-winner. Influenced by his time participating with a prison program, the playwright explores a variety of social constructs within the context of one man's impending release from prison. This play conveys what is sacrificed to 'go along to get along', and some harsh realities of prison life. Ultimately, the main character demonstrates to us an unpopular reality: the ways we hide from our own truths, and the dangerous ramifications of that repression. The cast includes James Azarelo, Noelle Barnard Azarelo, Roberto Diaz, Liza Guzman, Livian Kennedy, John Paul Middlesworth and Justin Peoples. This show has adult language and situations and is not suitable for children. There is an optional moderated talk-back after each show; details on guests will be updated as confirmed on website.
