Relax and enjoy the outdoors at the 2016 Harvest Festival, organized by St Gregorios Indian Orthodox Church Raleigh, where authentic freshly cooked food, live music, stage performances, live auctions, kids games and much more all combine to create a fun and festive atmosphere for the entire family to enjoy. This year’s Harvest Festival include an expanded line up of food stalls catering to every taste bud. Come and watch as our famous Chef Koshy weaves his magic and transforms freshly caught N.C. fish into mouthwatering delicacies as you enjoy the variety of stage shows. If you prefer the hot grill, there is the Bashford Sandwich, Grilled Chicken or Carolina Burger. If you prefer variety, there is Abison’s Rainbow Puttu, a must try steamed rice flour and grated coconut delicacy, or Kappa and Meen (Yuca and Fish), a traditional favorite. There are Popcorn stalls, a huge selection of freshly baked desserts and variety of drinks, including the famous Masala Chai, sure to satisfy any taste bud.

There will also be live music performances, Bollywood dances and stage shows by kids and adults. Watch, cheer and even participate in live auctions, where you have the chance to grab a wide variety of items at exciting prices, including the latest gadgets, original paintings and art forms and freshly grown produce. Kids can enjoy a large selection of games, face paintings, character appearances, Henna artwork and prizes. Mark your calendar, spread the word and come and enjoy with your friends and family!
