Joe Penland

October 3, 2016

Joe Penland will be performing live at the North Carolina Museum of History. In 1916 a devastating flood hit the mountains of western North Carolina, providing inspiration for original ballads and traditional folk songs from the region. A traveling panel exhibit, So Great the Devastation: The 1916 Flood, will be available for viewing before and after the concert. Free tickets for this concert are distributed while they last beginning at 2pm.
