Best of all, most of the services are complimentary. Housing Coordination Using more than two hotels? We can assist you in finding the housing company that is right for you. Some of the features of today's housing companies are the ability for your delegates to go online 24/7 to make their own hotel reservation, select the property desired and receive an acknowledgement in real-time. Room reservations via phone, mail or fax are also available. Many of the housing systems can provide access to real-time management reports on demand that will keep you updated on movement of rooms and help you make decisions that are crucial to the success of your meeting. Marketing Assistance For any group using more than two hotels, the Bureau can assist pre-promotion efforts with customized electronic attendance builders. Simply provide the email addresses of your potential delegates and we'll work together to draft an email invitation to tout your event and the best that the Raleigh area has to offer. Program Literature Complimentary full-color brochures are available to promote and increase participation in your meeting or event. We offer a variety of electronic images, color slides and black-and-white photos for use in promoting meetings in your newsletters, event programs and audio-visual presentations. Convention/Event Suppliers Need to find a local caterer, florist or photographer? Check out our Event Services Directory, which lists local convention and event suppliers who will rent a variety of equipment, will set up any function and will provide a number of necessary services. Raleigh Ambassadors The Raleigh Ambassadors open doors to visitors by staffing hospitality booths and answering questions at conventions, trade shows, festivals, sporting events and any other events that bring out-of-towners to Raleigh.
