Our Services

For groups that are staying overnight in a Wake County hotel, the Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) staff is glad to assist with in-depth planning assistance, itinerary coordination, meet-and-greet services at RDU International Airport, options for step-on guide services depending on needs (extra charge incurred), a complimentary welcome at the official Visitor Information Center in downtown Raleigh and complimentary welcome bags for group tour participants.

For groups not using Wake County accommodations, let us help as a planning resource for itineraries, tour sites, restaurant decisions, meet-and-greet at RDU International Airport and options for step-on guide services depending on needs. (Note: some of these services are provided by Raleigh area business partners and will incur an extra charge.)
