Guests on Friday will get to taste a range of Ksara’s wines, including the Blanc de l'Observatoire, Cuvee de Printemps, Prieure Ksara, Reserve du Couvent and Moscatel.
Each one of the wines will be paired with one of the five dinner courses, prepared by Chef Ghassan Jarrouj.
During the meal, Wasfi Skass from Chateau Ksara will tell the stories of each of the wines
and answer any questions
