This request form is for meeting, convention or other groups that have already booked at one of our Greater Raleigh hotels or venues. If you would like to request Official Visitors Guides, please fully complete this form. Note that all fields * are required for your request to be fulfilled, and requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your group's arrival. Requests submitted less than two weeks in advance of event start date will be considered for fulfillment but cannot be guaranteed.
All visitor information for overnight groups is supplied on a complimentary basis. When notified, you may pick up your materials at the offices of GRCVB/421 Fayetteville St., Ste. 1505, Raleigh, N.C., during regular office hours of Mon.-Fri., 8:30am to 5pm. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation notifying you that the material is ready for pick-up. We regret that we cannot deliver or ship these materials to you.
