See elegant, chic, sporty, trendy and everyday fashions from North Carolina’s past in the exhibit What We Wore in North Carolina at the N.C. Museum of History. From bonnets and bustles to Bermuda shorts, more than 200 years of clothing history come together in this popular exhibit.
The North Carolina Museum of History features a collection of more than 150,000 artifacts that represent six centuries. You'll find a wide variety of objects and artifacts to help interpret and understand the rich history of the state of North Carolina.
