NCAA Women's College Cup
Field is Set

The field is set for the 2006 NCAA Women's College Cup, which will be held Dec. 1-3 at SAS Soccer Park in Cary, N.C.

In Friday's national semifinals, North Carolina meets UCLA at 3:30. The Tar Heels are a No. 1 seed, while UCLA was a No. 2 seed. The first semifinal will be televised nationally on ESPN2 and ESPNU. Then, at approximately 6 p.m., No. 1 seed Notre Dame meets No. 2 seed Florida State. That game will be televised on ESPNU. Notre Dame claimed the national title the last time the Women's College Cup was held in Cary (in 2004).

Sunday's National Championship game is set for 12:30 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN2.
