Foodies, rejoice! This week, June 8-14, 2015, is a great time to visit Raleigh, N.C., to experience some of our best restaurants at a reduced cost. Triangle Restaurant Week (TRW) is a week-long celebration of culinary excellence. Restaurants in Raleigh, Cary, Apex and Morrisville are offering a special fixed-price, three-course meal each and every day they are open during the week. Meal prices range from $15 (for lunch) to $25 and $30 (for dinner).

At a special TRW kick-off media event, executive chef and general manager Michael F. Rigot of Rye Bar and Southern Kitchen in downtown Raleigh showcased a Southern dish of pork skirt steak, smoked pimento cheese grits, mustard glazed collards and jalapeño marmalade. His dish will delight during this special week, and other restaurant menus will make your mouth water, too.

TRW is, without a doubt, a week you wished lasted longer. With more than 60 area restaurants participating, it's hard to choose where to dine. We think you just need to go out every day this week for both lunch and dinner.

Restaurants fill up quickly, so make your reservations now. We know you'll fall in love with our restaurants just like we did.
