No rental cancellation fees will apply until 60 days in advance of arrival.

New Meetings Scheduled Jan. 1, 2022–Dec. 31, 2022::
New meetings will receive a one-time rental re-booking credit. Notice of the cancellation must be given a minimum of 90 days in advance of arrival and the re-booked group must be of equal or greater contracted revenue and held by Dec. 31, 2023.
New Meetings Scheduled March 1, 2021–Dec. 31, 2021:
Contract a new meeting by March 1, 2021 for arrival by Dec. 2021 and a reduced attrition or cancellation fees will apply until 60 days advance of arrival. This provision applies to the contracted room and food and beverage revenue.
New Meeting Scheduled Jan. 1, 2022-Dec. 31, 2022:
Contract a new meeting by Dec. 31, 2021 for arrival between Jan. 1, 2022 and Dec. 31, 2022, and your program will receive a 100% one-time re-booking credit. Notice of cancellation must be given a minimum of 90 days in advance of arrival, and the re-booked group must be of equal or greater contracted revenue and be held by Dec. 31, 2023.
*Eligible groups can apply for up to $7,500 in COVID_19 relief credit to assist with qualified expenses to host a safe event
