To enter, gather a minimum donation of $50 from friends and family to help the Kids ‘N Community Foundation support the local community by reaching their goal of $20,000. To donate, please visit donate.carolinahurricanes.com. All proceeds benefit the Carolina Hurricanes Kids ‘N Community Foundation. As “The Heart of the Hurricanes,” the Kids ‘N Community Foundation strives to meet the health and educational needs of underserved populations and strengthen youth hockey in our community through programming and financial assistance to local, youth-oriented organizations.
You can join or start a 12 or 24 hour team. You do not have to ride for 24 or 12 hours straight. Cycling teams of 12+ are recommended, with no maximum number. You and your teammates will take shifts; there is no minimum requirement as long as one of your teammates is on the bike during the entire event. Jason Adamo will be kicking off the event with some live music. We will have food, beer, water, music and tons of great raffle prizes during the entire event.
