The Adult Recess Festival is the biggest adult recess experience in America and the only adult wellness festival built entirely around play, joy, and human connection. Every spring, thousands of adults come to Raleigh and we transform one of the city's beautiful parks in one giant adult-only playground. Stress takes a back seat, responsibilities get paused, and fun becomes the priority.
