This unique collaboration between Mandala Breathwork and Atma Prema Holistic is designed to guide you through a deeply immersive journey of self-discovery and healing.
Our workshop blends the therapeutic power of therapeutic breathwork with the soothing, restorative energy of a sound bath. You’ll be gently guided through meditative exercises, rhythmic drumming, and a breathwork journey that delves into the subconscious, all while being enveloped in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs and more.
