Join the African American Dance Ensemble for the Together at Kwanzaa Celebration, which will take place Wed., Dec. 28, 2022. Doors will open at 4pm and performances begin at 5pm. The free, family-friendly event will celebrate the principle Ujima and include performances, a candle lighting ceremony, food, shopping, and more.

Celebrating the holiday season and Triangle's diversity, AADE’s annual Kwanzaa celebration is a time to enjoy family, community, and culture. Kwanzaa is a celebration of family, community, and culture, centered on seven basic values as building blocks for peace and progress within neighborhoods. This year the African American Dance Ensemble will host two days of Kwanzaa.
