All of Me Series - Little Light Within – Inner Child

The All of Me Series is a four-part creative embodiment experience that invites you to connect with the many layers of yourself—through painting, meditation, and gentle yoga. Each session is centered around a different version of you: the curious inner child, the bold inner teen, the grounded present self, and the aligned self you’re already cultivating. Through guided movement, self-reflection, and intuitive art-making, we’ll explore what it means to be whole—not by reaching outside of ourselves, but by remembering and honoring who we’ve always been. You don’t need to be an artist or experienced yogi—just open to the process. All expressions are welcome here.

Little Light Within – Inner Child - Play, curiosity, and permission to get messy. In this session, we reconnect with the wonder and innocence of your inner child by finger painting as our expressive medium. You’ll be invited to paint from instinct, not intellect—and remember what it’s like to create simply for the joy of it.
