We have partnered with the National Spade Players Association to host the Town of Apex's first Spades Tournament. If you are interested in competing, please complete the following form by February 16, 2026. We are accepting 64 teams and you must be 21 years of age or older to compete. This application does not guarantee automatic entry into the tournament. You will receive a status confirmation email.
