Creative Aging Mini-Retreat for Active Adults 55+

Nourish your body, mind, and spirit in a vibrant, nature-filled morning designed for active adults 55+. This 3-hour mini-retreat offers a refreshing blend of creativity, connection, and gentle exploration of creative aging. Set on a charming, country-style blueberry farm just outside Raleigh, this experience is welcoming, uplifting, and tailored for all abilities.

Engage in inspiring creative activities, light movement, and meaningful conversation, all designed to spark joy, curiosity, and connection. Depending on the season, enjoy fresh-air blueberry picking (June–August) and time with friendly farm animals.

Guided by award-winning Edutainer and Teaching artist Greg Whitt of Drum for Change and Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, and Artist Annelies Gentile of Conduit for Change, LLC.

This retreat experience blends rhythm, mindfulness, and integrative coaching in a supportive, welcoming environment, and held at the Mini-Acres Farm, a blueberry farm and event space.
