Downtown Raleigh Coffee Culture Walking Tour - EAST

Explore a dozen downtown shops with coffee connoisseur Greg Whitt while enjoying samples and cultural tidbits along the way.

This guided walking tour highlights Raleigh’s locally owned coffee scene, blending tastings with coffee history and fun facts about downtown. Tours are held monthly with alternating routes: the east-side Moore Square tour runs on odd-numbered months, and the west-side Warehouse District to Glenwood South tour runs on even-numbered months. Each tour lasts just over 90 minutes, covers a little more than a mile, and takes place rain or shine.

Your guide, Greg Whitt, is a longtime Raleigh resident, arts educator, and founder of the Raleigh Drum Circle who’s deeply involved in the downtown community.
