Eddie Griffin is a stand-up comedian and actor who began his comedy career in 1990 after an impromptu performance at a local club led him to pursue comedy full-time. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, he was known for his early talent in dance and choreography before transitioning into stand-up, where he quickly built a strong following.
He went on to establish a successful career in film and television, starring in projects such as Malcolm & Eddie, Undercover Brother, and John Q, while also appearing in major films including Armageddon, Scary Movie 3, Norbit, and A Star Is Born. In addition to acting, Griffin has released multiple comedy specials, performed internationally, and continues to tour extensively as a stand-up comedian.
