Five Conference Tracks - we’re looking for sessions that give attendees something they can apply immediately while sparking the relationships and thinking that sustain long-term transformation.

Structures and systems that enable growth and adaptability. Topics might include: organizational design, team topologies, operating models, portfolio alignment, and rethinking governance for adaptive organizations.

Navigating uncertainty and transformation with adaptive practices. Topics might include: resilience frameworks, conflict transformation, change leadership, systems thinking tools, and leading through ambiguity.

The future of work through technology, AI, and creative experimentation. Topics might include: AI in leadership, ethical adoption, design thinking, digital transformation, and building sustainable innovation practices.
