Join fellow Triangle book lovers at Berkeley Cafe for First In Fiction, a free multi-genre reading series featuring six North Carolina authors in an evening of live storytelling. Hosted in downtown Raleigh, the event showcases contemporary prose, mystery, humor, and speculative fiction, with content appropriate for ages 16 and up and food and drinks available throughout the evening.
The program includes live readings from award-winning and emerging writers such as John Kessel, Mur Lafferty, Natania Barron, Katy Munger, Isaac Hughes Green, and Danae Windsor, with books available for purchase and signing afterward.
