Experience the healing power of Forest Bathing with a certified Forest Therapy Guide and Somatic Coach. We will begin with a guided meditation indoors, then enjoy a sensory stroll along the nearby forested path with guided prompts to deepen your immersive experience. We’ll end with time to share and connect. This session focuses on renewal and resilience, especially for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies.
