From Acro to Zumba: An ABC Movement Adventure for Kids!

A joyful, high-energy family experience inspired by the children’s book ABC Dance and Move with Me by Dr. Kristi Vincent Johnson, this interactive event invites young children and their caregivers to explore the alphabet through movement, music, and dance. Designed for ages 1–5, the experience begins with playful stretching and warm-up activities before a lively read-aloud and book signing with the author.

Children will discover the ABCs through creative movement, from acro dance to Zumba-inspired motions, making learning active, memorable, and fun. Blending storytelling with physical expression, the program supports early literacy while encouraging creativity, confidence, and whole-body engagement in a welcoming, playful environment.
