Fun Fitness in the Park

Kick off our four-week Fun Fitness in the Park program with us! You will have the opportunity to experience line dancing, Zumba and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in the first session. The following sessions will each be one form of fitness. Raffle prizes will be given away at the end of each session.
