First Course: Baked brie with assorted preserves, dried fruit, and warm bread. Paired with Venchiarezza Pinot Grigio, Friuli, Italy
Second Course: Frutti di Mare of tiger prawn, sea scallops, and mussels over bucatini pasta in a seafood brodo. Paired with Gorghi Tondi Rosé, Sicilia, Italy
