Instructors from Glow Fitness will be teaching a free 1 hour class every Saturday in the Brewyard at Bowstring. Bring a yoga mat and tell your friends! Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign a waiver. Each participant receives 1/2 off a mimosa or draft beer after the class.
Note: there is a possibility of cancellation on especially cold mornings. Please check social media, as these events are weather depending.
