Gravel Ride with The Bicycle Chain

New to the area and looking to ride with other like-minded folks? Itching to get on your bike to ride through nature? Join team members from the Bicycle Chain Raleigh for a nice ride through Raleigh’s Umstead State Park. This a no drop ride so no one will be left behind, but please be courteous to other riders by knowing your limits. Expect a 7-9 mph hour pace for about 13 miles.

Meet at Umstead Visitor Center (off Highway 70).

*Helmets required, as well as a bicycle in good working order, and good basic bicycle handling skills. This ride includes steep climbs and downhills on gravel greenways.
