Guest Chef Dinner Featuring Curtis Duffy


Herons at The Umstead Hotel & Spa happily welcomes three-star Michelin chef Curtis Duffy for a special guest chef dinner with Executive Chef Steven Devereaux Greene and Executive Pastry Chef Jonathan Fisher. The trio will prepare a collaborative seven-course meal of progressive dishes made with exceptional seasonal ingredients for a one-of-a-kind experience. Optional wine pairings are also available and provided by Duffy’s counterpart, Michael Muser, for an additional cost. Guests may reserve their table by contacting the restaurant by phone with seating times available between 5:30pm and 9pm.  Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.
