Kid Cudi, born Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, is a Grammy-winning hip-hop artist, producer and actor. The Cleveland, Ohio native released his influential debut mixtape A Kid Named Cudi in 2008, led by his breakout single “Day 'n' Nite,” which reached No. 3 on the Hot 100 and has gone on to receive eight RIAA platinum certifications. The single was re-issued ahead of Cudi’s 2009 debut album Man on the Moon: The End of Day, kicking off a streak of five consecutive Top 5 releases on the Billboard 200, including 2010’s Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager and 2013’s Indicud.
