We’ll be discussing the book OMM 365 One Minute Meditations for Older Women: A Year of Remembering How to Grow Old by Jennifer Westrom, experiencing the therapeutic benefits of Equine Facilitated Learning while enjoying a relaxing, gentle Stretch & Meditation session.
Whether you're just starting to experience menopause or have been navigating it for years, this is an opportunity to connect and learn together. Please read the book in advance. Light refreshments will be served; plan to enjoy an early dinner prior to your arrival.
