Postcards: Memories, Briefly and Forever - My work draws on classical Impressionism and modern Open Impressionism to capture the light and movement of a landscape. Each piece is inspired by my affective impression of places significant to me, especially those quiet places in the unassuming alcoves of nature—by the waterside, at the end of a long dirt road—where it’s quiet but not silent, and all that moves is the clouds above and streams below.
