Since Hiromi thrilled NC State LIVE audiences back in 2009 and again with Stanley Clarke in 2011, her ebullient piano playing has continued to eclipse the boundaries of jazz, classical and pop. Her new project “Sonicwonder” is an electrified four-piece band with heavy groove, featuring Adam O’Farrill on trumpet, Hadrien Feraud on bass, and Gene Coye on drums. Trust us when we say you want to be in the room when this happens.
