Outdoor Yoga in Fred Fletcher Park: All Levels

Yoga Explorer is inviting the Raleigh community to experience yoga in a more relaxed, welcoming way with outdoor yoga classes at Fred Fletcher Park.

The classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners. Held in the peaceful green space of Fred Fletcher Park, the classes are designed to make yoga feel approachable, affordable, and connected to everyday life. Instead of a formal studio setting, students practice under the trees, surrounded by fresh air, birdsong, and the natural rhythm of the park.

Practicing outside adds something special. It reminds us that we are part of something bigger, and it makes the whole experience feel more relaxed and real. Yoga Explorer in the Park offers classes six days a week, with different instructors bringing their own style and personality to the practice. The schedule includes morning weekend classes and evening weekday classes, making it easier for people to find a time that fits into their lives.

Classes are beginner-friendly, all-levels, and low-pressure.
