Recycling Tour at Sonoco

Raleigh residents are invited to a behind-the-scenes tour of Sonoco Recycling to learn how the city’s recyclables are sorted and processed.

The visit begins with arrival at the Wilders Grove Solid Waste Services Facility, followed by a bus departure to Sonoco. Participants will hear a brief presentation on Raleigh’s recycling system, then take a guided tour of the facility to see the recycling process in action, before returning afterward.
