Join Pura Vida Studio to start your day with an energizing indoor morning yoga class surrounded by the tranquility of nature in the park. This session is perfect for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. This class will offer a rejuvenating blend of breath work and poses that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation. You will walk away feeling centered and ready to tackle the rest of your weekend.
Through March 7, 2026, yoga classes will be moved indoors for the winter season. Due to limited space, walk-ins will not be permitted, and participants must register in advance to attend. Please bring your own yoga mat. Limited mats and blocks are available.
