Shapel Lacey

Shapel Lacey is a Los Angeles–based stand-up comedian originally from Mesa, Arizona, known for his high-energy performances and original perspective. A former competitive cheerleader and punk rock enthusiast, he turned to comedy while attending the University of Louisville and quickly committed to stand-up full time. Drawing from unique life experiences and a bold stage presence, Shapel has become a regular at top clubs including The Comedy Store, Laugh Factory, and Hollywood Improv. He has a 30-minute special, Three Dads, Two Moms, through Don’t Tell Comedy and headlines comedy clubs nationwide.
