About
Sister Hazel first broke through when “All for You” topped the adult alternative charts in 1997, sending their album Platinum. Their country debut, Lighter in the Dark, opened strong at #4 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums, also charting on the Independent and Top Current Albums lists.
They returned to the charts in 2018–2019 with their four‑part Elements EP series: Water hit #9 on Billboard’s Country Albums and #2 on Independent Albums, Wind reached #1 on iTunes Country, Fire climbed to #5 on Independent Albums, and Earth landed on the Americana/Folk chart.
True to their fan‑driven reputation, Sister Hazel created events like Hazelnut Hang and co‑founded The Rock Boat, one of the first themed music cruises. They’ve since debuted at the Grand Ole Opry and performed at major festivals including CMA Fest and Tortuga. Beyond touring, the band gives back through Lyrics for Life, their charity supporting cancer research and patient‑care organizations.
