As the Great Recession hits, Detroit’s automotive stamping plant is in danger of being shut down. A tight-knit family of workers forms the remaining skeleton crew, and their lives hang in the balance. Faye, Dez, Shanita, and Reggie must reckon with their personal loyalties, their instincts for survival, and their ultimate hopes for humanity in a play that explores a dozen social justice issues at once.
