Spring Wildflower Forage with Daniel Woody

Join Wild Food Foragers for a springtime leafy green forage as we celebrate the warm weather! Exact location to be sent in advance.

With warmer temperatures and sunny skies, the foliage is popping!

We will be collecting and identifying spring herbs and plants as well as sharing knowledge on their nutritional and medicinal value as well as their natural beauty. Some of the plants we plan to harvest include violets, clover, henbit, purple deadnettle, dandelion, crocus, and bluebells.

We will also be on the lookout for spring greens like chickweed and plantain that can be used in salads.
