The multi-instrumental sound journey starts at 10am with a hydrating zero-proof cocktail to kick things off. At 10:15, we'll begin our 1-1/2 hour flow with plenty of time for meditation, a traditional vinyasa flow that can be scaled up or down, and a few yin postures. Last, but not least, we'll finish things off with a refreshing alcohol-free cocktail. Feel free to bring your own picnic lunch to enjoy in the Rose Garden after class!
