Sunday Sound Bath at Downtown Cary Park

Experience deep relaxation and inner calm with a rejuvenating sound bath in our Gathering House. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, your facilitator will guide you through a soothing sonic journey designed to release stress and restore balance. No experience is needed, just bring a mat, get comfortable, and let the healing vibrations wash over you. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or pillow. Limited mats are available.
