Join instructor, Tish for a weekly practice suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No special equipment is necessary: just you, comfortable shoes, and bottled water. The minimum age is 12 years old and minors must be registered and accompanied by an adult. There are port-a-johns available, but they may be a significant walk from the Tai Chi location.
