Join Bitter Social and Blackbird Books for an evening of steamy poetry and prose readings. We'll be giving the mic over to brief selections of sexy published works. Do you like to watch or do you like to participate?--either way, you'll leave satisfied.

Readings are limited to published authors and three minutes in length. This event is for adults 21+ up and is not censored for content, so brace yourself and get excited. Make sure to select your ticket based on whether you want to read or listen--and please email us when you decide what you would like to read (info@bittersocialraleigh.com) to help us decide the order in which to place presenters.

We will have cocktails, coffee and other non-alcoholic options available. You are also able to order food from Centro Restaurant (downstairs) at our bar and Blackbird will have books for purchase. Please note that our space in on the second floor of a building without elevator access, so we cannot guarantee wheelchair accommodation.

Accessibility: Bitter Social is located up a flight of stairs. As of right now, there is no other entrance.
