The Art of Blending Wine Dinner


Step into the role of winemaker as you enjoy a three-course meal. Chef Jason Daniels will prepare a three-course meal paired with three different varietals of wine. While you enjoy your meal and sample from your three bottles of wine, you will learn about the art of blending wines to create a "Bordeaux-style blend" unique to you from master taster and owner of Queen of Wines, Laure Levesque.

The ticket includes a three-course dinner for two, a bottle of Cabernet, a bottle of Merlot, and a bottle of Malbec to enjoy, mix with, and take home, and an exclusive blending tutorial with Laure Levesque. Each couple will be invited to submit their blend to a judging panel that will announce the winning blend at the end of the workshop.
