Dive into the exciting world of hand drumming! This class has been popular for many years with a wonderful group of professional women eager to connect, create, and forget about their day. Offered as an in-person workshop, it's the perfect place to explore musical expression and connect with like-minded women. Release stress and cultivate community all while co-creating joy through music. No experience needed, just be ready to share your spirit. Let’s drum up some fun together!
Your guide is Greg Whitt, award-winning edutainer and champion for arts & wellness. Greg is an in-demand teaching artist working throughout the region. He works with groups of all sorts and sizes -- kinder kids to well-elders, veterans, at-risk youth, men's groups, women's groups, workplace settings, community building, camps, retreats, and more.
Location is at the home of Greg and his wife, process artist and professional coach Annelies Gentile. Their space is known for it's warmth and charm, and it's conveniently located in Midtown Raleigh. It's only one mile from North Hills Mall. At their place they host a wide variety of workshops, house concerts, and social gatherings where everyone is welcome and participation is highly encouraged.
